Catholic Church Dedicates Organ

Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Doylestown dedicated its new organ last weekend with a Thanksgiving Organ Recital and Reception. Dan Umholtz, a prominent organist and the one who voiced the organ, demonstrated each of the four families of sound and then used the entire organ to perform several Christmas carols.

Built by Walker Technical Company, the organ replaces the church's 40-year-old organ and is unique in Bucks County.
