Cause Of Double Fatal 202 Crash Under Investigation
Police said two cars collided head-on Tuesday on Route 202 in Solebury. Both the driver and the passenger of one car died at the scene.

Solebury, PA - Two people were pronounced dead on the scene of a two-car, head-on collision that happened Tuesday evening on Route 202 in Solebury.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation and the names of the victims have not yet been released.
According to Solebury Township Police, the accident happened around 7:15 p.m., when a Volvo station wagon and a Nissan SUV collided just south of the Route 202 toll plaza.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found three people trapped in their vehicles — a male driver in the SUV and a driver and passenger in the Volvo.
The man in the Nissan was extricated and flown by medical helicopter to an area trauma center. Both the driver and passenger of the Volvo died at the scene of the crash, police said.
