Central Bucks Hosting Community Wellness Fair At CB South

The event will offer mental health resources, community connections, and a featured presentation at CB South High School.

WARRINGTON, PA — The Central Bucks School District will host its annual Wellness Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at Central Bucks South High School, 1100 Folly Road, in Warrington. The event is designed to provide information and support focused on mental health and community connections.

The fair is open to students, families, employees, and the community. There is no charge to attend, and pre-registration is not required for participation in the evening's activities.

More than 60 wellness-focused local and regional organizations are scheduled to attend and will be providing information and resources to attendees. Participating organizations include A Woman's Place, the Bereavement Center, Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital, and the Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission. Other groups such as Guardian Recovery, Hands Holding Hearts, Mind Belly Soul Nutrition, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness will also be present.

The evening will begin with a featured presentation from 6 to 6:40 p.m. in the CB South auditorium. A representative from Minding Your Mind will share their personal mental health journey. The presentation aims to help individuals feel less alone and encourage open conversations and mutual support.

Following the presentation, the fair will take place in the cafeteria. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore various community resources in one location, allowing for direct connections with mental health providers, family support agencies, and prevention-focused programs serving Central Bucks and the surrounding area. The fair will offer resources for all ages and stages, whether families are seeking immediate support, future resources, or general information.
