Central Bucks Regional Announces Police Promotions
Officer Riccio was promoted at the June 26 Police Commission meeting. Officer Watson received his promotion on May 20.
DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department has announced the promotion of Officer Jaclyn Riccio to the rank of sergeant and Officer Jeff Watson to the rank of corporal.
Officer Riccio was promoted at the June 26 Police Commission meeting. Officer Watson received his promotion on May 20.
Sergeant Riccio is a 7-year veteran of the Central Bucks Regional Police Department including assignment to the detective unit and designation as lead evidence technician. She also leads the Youth Aid Panel.

Sergeant Riccio is the first female supervisor in the history of the department as well as the three individual borough police departments before the first regionalization took place in 2014.

Corporal Watson is a seven-year veteran of the department and a military veteran.
Corporal Watson also serves as a field training officer and is in charge of the federal 1033 program, which benefits Central Bucks Regional with law enforcement equipment and by saving the taxpayers thousands of dollars.
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department serves Doylestown Borough, Chalfont Borough and New Britain Borough.
