Central Bucks Regional Looking To ID Man Suspected In Fraudulent Transaction

Police said the man fraudulently picked up a package containing $36,00o worth of silver from a FedEx store.

CHALFONT BOROUGH, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department is looking to identify a man involved in a fraudulent transaction in May.

Police said a Chalfont Borough resident ordered $36,000 worth of silver to be shipped to a Fed Ex store in North Wales on May 19. The package was picked up on May 25 by a man who fraudulently identified himself as the package's recipient, according to police.

The Central Bucks Regional Police Department is looking for the public's help in identifying this man.

The man had a beard and was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with black lettering on the front and grey shorts with a black stripe on the side with the letters DEPT in white.
