Central Bucks Regional Makes Arrests For Firearms Violations, DUI
During the month of July, police issued the following citations and made the following arrests.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department issued the following citations and made the following arrests during the month of July:
July 1
- North Main Street, Doylestown Borough. A 24-year-old man from North Wales was cited for disorderly conduct after officers observed him urinating in public.

- South Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Vincent Earl Daughtry, 37, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a firearm and a drug violation following a traffic stop for a PA registration plate returning a different vehicle. Daughtry, who was the passenger in the vehicle, was found to have an active warrant out of Philadelphia. A loaded firearm was in the vehicle along with a controlled substance. Daughtry is prohibited from possessing a firearm, police said. He was arraigned, bail set at 10 percent of $10,000, and he was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
- South Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Cameron Justin Ellis, 25, of Philadelphia, was charged with not having a license to carry a firearm, controlled substance and unregistered vehicle following a traffic stop for a PA registration plate returning a different vehicle. A loaded firearm was found in the vehicle along with a controlled substance. Ellis was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured and he was released.
- East Court Street, Doylestown Borough. William Balog, 28, of Wilmington, Del., Matheus De Morales, 19, of Newark, Del., and Homestar Remodeling LLC were cited for an ordinance violation after officers found them soliciting for Homestar without a permit. Citations were filed.
July 4
- North Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Robert Russian IV, 25, of Bristol, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement, driving with a suspected or revoked license and other charges following a traffic stop for vehicle lights not illuminated during required times. Police said Russian provided a false name to officers, did not possess a driver’s license or vehicle registration and the vehicle inspection was expired.
- North Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Nicole Warner, 25, of Furlong, and Joseph Bush, 19, of Tunkhannock, were charged with hindering apprehension for offering false information about a suspect during a police investigation.
July 5

- Unami Trail, New Britain Borough. Alexis De Jesus Duran, 24, of Philadelphia, was charged with drug possession and several Title 49 violations following a traffic stop during a Motor Carrier detail. Duran presented with an odor of marijuana, admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle and instructed an officer where to find it. Duran was charged with several other violations relating to the operation of the truck/trailer combination. He was taken into custody, processed, and released.
July 6
- West Ashland Street, Doylestown Borough at the Station Tap House. Ryan Joseph Edwards, 28, of Philadelphia, was charged with criminal trespass after police found him inside the Station Tap House for no legitimate reason. He was taken into custody, and arraigned with $5,000 unsecured bond and conditions. He was turned over to the Delaware County Constable for an outstanding arrest warrant.
July 9
- Hillside Avenue, Doylestown Borough. A 19-year-old from Chalfont was cited for disorderly for urinating in public.
- North Main Street, Doylestown Borough. A 22-year-old Lansdale man was cited for disorderly conduct after officers observed him urinating in public.
- West Court Street, Doylestown Borough. A 32-year-old Doylestown woman was cited for public drunkenness after police were called for an individual staggering in the street. The woman presented with a strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech, and was having difficulty communicating. EMS was called to evaluate and transport her to Doylestown Hospital for treatment.
- Hemlock Drive, New Britain Borough. Tyler Leopold Schuster, 29 of New Britain, was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment following police dispatch for an armed subject on the 100 block of Hemlock Drive. Following a verbal domestic dispute, the victim called 911 at which time Schuster raised a weapon in the victim’s direction. The victim was able to leave the house without incident. Upon police arrival, Schuster voluntarily exited the home peacefully, was taken into custody, arraigned, bail 10 percent of $10,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
July 14
- South Main Street, Doylestown Borough. A 22-year-old Chalfont man was cited after officers observed him urinating in public.
July 16
- South Main Street, Doylestown Borough. A 21-year-old Doylestown man was cited for disorderly conduct for urinating in public.
July 20
- East Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough. Maryjane Schaeffer, 49, of Quakertown, was cited for harassment after she continued to contact the victim, via text messages, despite police instruction to cease contact several months ago.
July 22
- South Limekiln Pike & Butler Avenue, Chalfont. Dylan Curtis Clee, 34 of Chalfont, was charged with DUI after police observed Clee driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. Clee presented as lethargic, sluggish, and visibly sweating. Clee was transported to Doylestown Hospital for a blood draw.
July 24
- South Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Matthew McDade, 61 of Doylestown, was charged with DUI after he was observed traveling north on Main Street when his vehicle crossed from the southbound lane into the northbound lane. McDade presented with an odor of alcohol, and glassy eyes. McDade was transported to Doylestown Hospital for a blood draw.
July 25
- Clemens Road, Doylestown Borough. Morgan Shaffer, 44, of Doylestown, was charged with terroristic threats and fleeing apprehension after police responded to a domestic disturbance. Prior to police arrival, Shaffer fled due to an active warrant. Shaffer was located a few days later and taken into custody.
July 29
- North Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Ryan Conforti, 23, of Hatboro, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop. Conforti presented with bloodshot eyes and slow responses. Conforti failed sobriety tests and was taken to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw.
