Central Bucks School District Announces Delayed Opening

Due to weather conditions, the district's schools and offices will operate on a delayed opening.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Central Bucks School District will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, March 3.

All district schools and buildings will open two hours late due to winter weather conditions expected in the district.

"Wintry conditions and low temperatures in the early morning have the potential to create conditions for ice on roadways and other surfaces," said interim superintendent Dr. Charles Malone. "Temperatures are forecast to rise above freezing later in the morning. With safety as our top priority, the delay gives time for travel conditions to improve and our operations staff to thoroughly treat our campuses."
