There will be no PM Kindergarten. The middle and high schools will dismiss at 10:45 a.m.
The Pennsylvania Department of Education considers an early dismissal on the day of the eclipse for safety purposes to be an early dismissal for inclement weather. Since early dismissals for inclement weather are defined as instructional activities, the day will count as a full day of
instruction. They also list safety guidelines for the public, which can be found here.
