Central Bucks West 2024 Graduate Wins Dunkin' Scholarship

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Riley Smith, a 2024 Central Bucks High School West graduate, has won a Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship.

Students were selected from more than 1,260 applicants based on their academic record, demonstrated leadership, and proven commitment to their school and local community.

During a ceremony on July 23 at Lincoln Financial Field, Dunkin’ and its franchisees in the greater Philadelphia-area will award 20 students, including Smith, with a $5,000 academic scholarship to pursue a full-time undergraduate degree at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school.

At Central Bucks High School West, Smith was president of the Environmental Club, president of the Peers Pals, and an officer with the Key Club and STEM Research Club. She is a National Merit Finalist and the Doylestown Borough Youth Leadership Award recipient.

From over 1,260 applicants, Dunkin’ and Scholarship America selected 20 students to receive a $5,000 academic scholarship to an accredited two or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school of their choice for fall 2024.

Dunkin’s Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program was open to current part-time and full-time undergraduate students and high school seniors. Dunkin’ awarded a total of $100,000 to the 20 recipients who were selected based on their academic records, demonstrated leadership skills, and overall commitment to their schools and local communities.
