Chalfont Giant Now Selling Wine, Beer
As of today, the Giant in Chalfont is selling beer and wine. A grand opening celebration with tastings is set for Saturday.

CHALFONT, PA — The Giant in Chalfont is now selling beer and wine.
The supermarket chain on Thursday opened the beer and wine eatery at the store on County Line Road. The store will celebrate the eatery's grand opening with beer and wine tastings on Saturday, Jan. 26 from 1-3 p.m.
It marks the 91st beer and wine eatery for Giant stores in Pennsylvania.

“Our new Beer & Wine Eatery brings the added convenience of one-stop shopping for our Chalfont customers, with more than 300 varieties of local and national brand beer and wine,” said Robert Griffiths, store manager. “Our associates have been working hard to bring this new shopping amenity to life and are excited to assist customers in choosing a favorite craft beer or local wine for any occasion.”
The store said it will have hundreds of domestic, imported and craft beers available, as well as an "immense" wine selection.

Customers can make their own six-packs from a variety of craft beers. Eat-in and take-out selections are also offered, including sandwiches, wraps, subs, and salads.
The new eatery seats 30 and is open Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
