Comic Con Celebration Saturday In Doylestown

​The first-ever Bucks Co. Free Library Comic Con is Saturday in Doylestown. Enjoy costume parades, face painting, food trucks, gaming, etc.

The first-ever Bucks County Free Library Comic Con will be held this Saturday, May 5 in Doylestown, as well as the Langhorne and Quakertown branches. The family-friendly celebration of comics and pop culture will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

There will be artists, costume parades, face painting, food trucks, gaming, children's crafts, story times and more.

  • Costume parade at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
  • Face painting from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Al Wiesner demonstration at 12:30 p.m.
  • Paul Merklein's "Cartooning Rocks" program at 2 p.m.
  • Plus raffles, a selfie spot, superhero story times and more.

Comic books, artwork, and collectibles will also be on sale by individual authors, artists, and sellers. Prop weapons resembling guns will not be permitted; other types of prop weapons are okay.
