Concert In The Park Canceled For Tonight In Warrington
The Summer Send Off continues on Friday night with a movie at King Park and on Saturday with a vendor market at Lions Pride.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The first event in Warrington's three-day Summer Send-Off has been canceled due to the weather.
A Concert in the Park was scheduled for Thursday night with Barefoot Bobby and the Breakers at Lions Pride Park. Due to a forecast of rain and thunderstorms, the concert has been canceled.
The send-off continues on Friday with a Movie Night Under the Stars at King Park featuring the showing of “National Treasure” on a 40-foot outdoor screen. The movie begins at 8:30 p.m. and is sponsored by Apple Montessori Schools of Warrington.

The Summer Send-Off, presented by the Warrington Township Parks and Recreation Department, concludes with a Lions Fest Artisan Market from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lions Pride Park. The event will feature more than 30 vendors, food trucks, and beer vendors. A portion of the proceeds will be put toward park improvements
