Counterfeit Bills Passed At Barn Plaza Movie Theater: Cops

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Doylestown Township are investigating after counterfeit money was allegedly passed earlier this month at the Regal Cinema in the Barn Plaza Shopping Center.

According to police, two counterfeit $100 bills were passed on Jan. 17. Authorities are now using surveillance photos from the scene in hopes of identifying the suspect.

The bills were passed at the ticket counter and snack stand by the same woman at approximately 6:50 p.m. that evening, police said.
