County Theater's Summer-Long Classic Film Series Kicks Off This Week

The County Theater's "Hollywood Summer Nights" series starts this week, featuring classic films on the big screen all summer long.

DOYLESTOWN, PA -- The County Theater's "Hollywood Summer Nights" series kicks off this week and will showcase a variety of classic films on the big screen all summer long. First up is a screening of "The Blues Brothers" on Wednesday, May 24. Then on Thursday, May 25, you can see "The Big Sleep."

According to the theater:

Every week this summer, the stars of Hollywood’s Golden Age return to the silver screen: James Dean, Jimmy Stewart, Audrey Hepburn, Ingrid Bergman, Humphrey Bogart, Paul Newman...the list goes on and on. Memorable acting in great films. See these Hollywood classics the way they were intended to be seen: on the big screen in a packed auditorium.

Most of these Hollywood Classics are good for any age audience, the theater says. Films start at 7:30 p.m.
