DelVal Named Top College For Animal Lovers
Great Value Colleges' list of "25 Great Small Colleges for Animal Lovers" lists Delaware Valley University as number one.

Love pets? Looking for a college? Then you won’t have to go further than Bucks County.
Delaware Valley University was recently recognized as the number one school on Great Value Colleges’ list of “25 Great Small Colleges for Animal Lovers.”
The website, which provides information on degrees, schools and careers, compiled the list to help students find schools that would be a great fit for students who love animals.

DelVal recently launched a pilot pet-friendly housing policy, which allows students to have small pets in Samuel Hall. The program is being expanded for the 2015-2016 academic year.
Additionally, students at DelVal also have the option of choosing from several animal-related majors such as: animal science, biology, conservation and wildlife management, equine management, equine science, small animal science or zoo science.

Plus, a variety of animal-related clubs and organizations are offered at DelVal such as: Animal Science Society, Dairy Society, Dressage Team, Ducks Unlimited, Equine Club, Intercollegiate Equestrian Team, Positive Awareness of Wildlife and Zoos (PAWZ), Pre-Vet Club, Vaulting Team and Wildlife Society, the college said.
