Dollar Tree Checkout Line Dispute Turns Physical In Warrington: Police
Two customers were waiting in line when one of them took exception to the merchandise being purchased, police said.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 48-year-old Warrington woman was cited for harassment after a checkout line dispute turned physical at the Dollar Tree store.
Police were called to the store at 1380 Easton Road on Dec. 20 for the report of a dispute in progress. When police arrived, officers determined that a 48-year-old woman from Warrington had struck another customer while in the checkout line.
The victim told police they were waiting in line when the woman began to speak aggressively about the victim’s merchandise. The victim said the woman then threw her merchandise.

When the victim reached for the merchandise, the woman slapped the victim in the face.
The 48-year-old woman was cited for harassment.
