DOYLESTOWN, PA – July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day.
This July 4 in Doylestown, there will be the annual Old-Fashioned Fourth of July festival at Fonthill Castle. Festivities include a decorated bike parade, watermelon-eating contests, wheelbarrow and sack races, tug-of-war and live music. Food vendors will be selling refreshments.
The celebration goes from noon to 4 p.m. The cost is $5 Adults /$3 Member Adults; $1 Youth (6-17). The celebration is free for children 5 and under. Fonthill Castle is located at 525 East Court Street, Doylestown.

The fireworks celebration in Doylestown will happen on July 7 at Doylestown's Central Park. The fun starts with a concert by Bigg Romeo at 7 p.m. The fireworks are after. Parking is $5 a car.
