Doylestown Borough Christmas Tree Recycling Underway

Residents can drop off their cut Christmas trees at outside the Public Works gate through Jan. 16, 2015.

Doylestown Borough residents can now recycle their Christmas trees at the local Public Works Department.

According to the borough, residents can drop off their cut Christmas trees at outside the Public Works gate at 300 Harvey Avenue. Trees will be accepted through Jan. 16, 2015.

Trees should be free of plastic or metal bits so they can be run through a chipper for recycling, the borough said.
