Doylestown Fire Co. To Showcase 100-Year-Old Pumper At Arts Festival

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Doylestown Fire Company No. 1 will continue its celebration of the 100th anniversary of its Ahrens Fox pumper by showcasing the vehicle this weekend at the Doylestown Arts Festival and the Bucks County Classic.

Look for the antique in front of Le Macron French Pastries on Saturday, Sept. 9 during the festival and on Sunday, Sept. 10 on North Main Street where it will be sharing a space with the Village Improvement Association.

In addition to showcasing the engine, firefighters will be offering fire safety information and selling Mercer Tiles commemorating the 100th anniversary of the pumper.
