Doylestown Health, VIA Deliver Holiday Meals To Area's Needy
The meals are prepared and delivered to support Grundy Hall residents and other community members.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — In a holiday tradition dating back to 2017, the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown (VIA) donated the funds necessary to cover the cost of meals for 250 people in need this holiday season within the communities served by Doylestown Health.
The meals are prepared and delivered to support Grundy Hall residents and other community members. The meals were prepared and packaged by the Pine Run Village Community dining staff and delivered by VIA members and Doylestown Health staff member volunteers.
The Doylestown System Transitions Workgroup leads the effort. The team was formed in 2017 to improve enterprise-wide care transitions in the Doylestown Health system and to identify and close gaps in the healthcare needs of the community. The group consists of Doylestown Health leadership, including Visiting Nurse and Hospice, Health Quality Partners, Doylestown Hospital Practice Support and Doylestown Hospital.
