Doylestown Hospital Welcomes Three New Physicians

Three new physicians have joined the medical staff at Doylestown Hospital.

Here are the bios of the new physicians, provided by Doylestown Hospital:

Carlos Alvarez, M.D. – Has joined the Department of Surgery/General Surgery in association with VIAA Surgical Associates. Dr. Alvarez completed his medical education at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Tampa, Fla. He completed his Surgical internship and residency training at UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles, Calif. as well as completing a Surgical fellowship at the VA Greater Los Angeles/UCLA-San Fernando Valley Program. Dr. Alvarez is certified by the American Boardof Surgery. He will perform procedures at Doylestown Hospital and the Doylestown Hospital Surgery Center at the Health & Wellness Center in Warrington.

Srilatha Polsani, M.D. – Has joined the Department of Medicine/Internal Medicine in association with Doylestown Hospitalists. Dr. Polsani completed her medical education at Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, India. She completed her internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Beth Israel Medical Center, New York, NY. Dr. Polsani is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Alan Tannenbaum, M.D. – Has joined the Department of Pediatrics in association with Tri-County Pediatrics. Dr.Tannenbaum completed his medical education at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. He completed his Pediatric residency training at Drexel University School of Medicine (MCP Hahnemann) Program. Dr. Tannenbaum is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
