Doylestown Pride Fest Block Party Is Saturday: See The Schedule

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The inaugural Doylestown Pride Festival is underway and the main event — a block party in Doylestown Borough — is Saturday.

The festival, an effort spearheaded by a group of local organizations, features a variety of events. In addition to the block party, there will be film screenings, music, a drink contest and more.

The block party will be held Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. on E. State Street.

Here is the event schedule for the block party:

ACTIVITIES

• 2:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. - Drag queen story time
• 2:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. - Plant a rainbow
• 3 p.m. - Paint the rainbow crosswalk
• 3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.- Posies for Pride
• 4:15 p.m. - 5 p.m.- Rainbow watercolor

MUSIC

• 2:15 p.m.- Queen of Jeans
• 3:20 p.m. - Well Wisher
• 4:25-6:30 p.m. - DJ Dance Party with Jenny Lee Stern pop-up and Liza & Judy performance
