Doylestown Strip Mall Fire Ruled Accidental

Authorities have revealed the cause of last week's strip mall firethat destroyed a Doylestown business.

The three-alarm fire at a Doylestown at GSI Bath Showplace on N. Main Street was ruled accidental by Doylestown Township Fire Marshal Rick Schea.

Schea confirmed the fire began in a basement electrical panel.

No injuries resulted but crews worked for several hours to knock down the blaze. Assistance from several area fire companies was required.
