For 3rd Day, Doylestown Suspends Parking Meter Enforcement
With parking at a premium and snow still being cleared, the Borough has announced it is suspending meter enforcement for a third day.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — As public works crews continue to clear roads from Sunday's snow and ice storm, Doylestown Borough has announced that there will be no parking meter enforcement on Thursday, Jan. 29.
"Our Public Works crews will be working to clear emergency routes and provide more street parking as conditions allow. We’ll continue to share updates as streets are cleared and become available for parking," the borough said.
The following emergency routes have been cleared and have reopened for public parking:

- East State Street from Maple to Pine
- Hamilton Street
- State Street from Pine to Clinton
- Main Street from Court to Oakland
- Harvey Avenue
- Shewell Avenue
- Broad Street from Main to Court
- Main Street from Broad to Court
- Court Street from Broad to Clinton
- Oakland Avenue from Hamilton to Church
- West Court from Clinton to Lafayette
- Main Street from Broad to Union
- East Ashland from Main to Pine
The parking lot at William E. Neis Park on West Street remained closed on Tuesday.
Public Works crews will continue working to clear the remaining routes. "Please do not park on roads that have not been posted," the borough said.
