Doylestown Township To Honor Veterans Day With Special Program
The ceremony will recognize those who served the country with a musical performance, special remarks, and a bell-ringing ceremony.
DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —Doylestown Township’s Veterans Advisory Committee invites the public to a Veterans Day ceremony on Friday, Nov. 10 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Township Building, 425 Wells Road, Doylestown.
The ceremony will honor those who served the country with a musical performance and a bell-ringing ceremony.
The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. with a welcome by Chris Suessenguth, who chairs the township's Veterans Advisory Committee, and an invocation by Pastor Titus Buck of Living Hope Community Church, Doylestown

"Hope Sings" from Living Hope will perform the National Anthem followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and the mission of the Veteran Advisory Committee.
The guest speaker will be Matt Allen, the director of Veteran Affairs for Bucks County, and State Rep. Tim Brennan, Esq.

Following patriotic music by Hope Sings, the gathering will hear from the Travis Manion Foundation and Dr. Vail Garvin, FACHE.
The gathering will also hear about Wreath Across America, a joint venture with VAC and VFW Post
175 Doylestown. And township supervisor Nancy Santaceciliao will read a Veteran’s Family Resolution.
The ceremony concludes with the recognition of veterans, family members and Gold Star families, the striking of a bell to honor veterans, and a benediction delivered by Pastor Titus Buck.
