Quick thinking by two Doylestown Township police officers helped save a man suffering from a heart attack Thursday morning.

Quick thinking by two Doylestown Township police officers helped save a man suffering from a heart attack Thursday morning, police said. According to information shared by Doylestown Township police, the call came in to authorities around 11 a.m. that a man was in cardiac arrest.
Officer Caraballo and Officer Stich responded to the residence, and found the man slumped over inside and not breathing.
"Both officers jumped into action and immediately started CPR and provided oxygen. Warrington EMS and Warrington Fire company responded on scene and took over medical care," police said in a Facebook post.

The man was transported to the hospital "and is still alive because of the initial quick response and life-saving efforts of Officer Caraballo and Officer Stich," the post reads.
"We would like to thank Warrington EMS and Warrington Fire Company for their professional medical care that kept this male alive," police said.
