Doylestown's 2 Best Kept Secrets Coming Together For Spring Event

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Two of Doylestown's best kept secrets - the Bucks County Country Gentlemen and the Village Improvement Association - are coming together for a unique event at the James-Lorah Memorial Home on Sunday afternoon, April 21.

The Bucks County Country Gentlemen, a 25-member a cappella chorus that serves as the local chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, will perform at the James-Lorah Auditorium at 1 and 4 p.m.

Concert attendees will have the opportunity to test their knowledge of Doylestown as trivia questions are posed throughout the program and prizes are awarded for correct answers.

Tours of the adjacent James-Lorah Memorial Home, a museum of Victorian life and the birthplace of Henry Mercer, will be available at 12 and 3 p.m., immediately prior to each performance.
