Doylestown's ATR Systems Joins Trust Point Payroll

Trust Point Human Capital Management (HCM) has reached an agreement with Doylestown-based ATR Systems, Inc. to acquire the 48-year-old company’s time and labor management clients, as well as welcome ATR’s CEO, Michael Hoover, as Trust Point’s new Director of Time and Labor Management. The combined company, located in Exton, will be the preeminent provider of Ultimate Kronos Group's full-suite of HCM services.
