DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests during March:

March 3

  • ORDINANCE VIOLATION, 115 W. Court Street (Well Fargo Bank), Doylestown Borough - An 18-year-old man from Warrington was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana after police investigated a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the closed bank.

  • PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, West State and North Hamilton Streets, Doylestown Borough - A 30-year-old man from New Britain Borough was cited after police observed him stumbling and falling over. The man presented with signs of intoxication.

March 8

  • DRUG DRUG VIOLATIONS, 14 Mercer Avenue (Mercer Museum), Doylestown Borough – A 32-year-old man from Doylestown was charged with ingesting intoxicants in public following police response to a man sitting on a park bench and inhaling the contents of a balloon.

  • FORGERY (2), THEFT BY DECEPTION, BAD CHECKS, 60 N. Main Street (C&N Bank), Doylestown Borough - A 45-year-old man from Allentown was charged following an attempt to cash a fraudulent check for $3,357. He was arraigned and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

March 13

  • DRUG VIOLATIONS, VEHICLE REGISTRATION SUSPENDED, W. Butler Avenue and S. Limekiln Pike, Chalfont Borough - A 35-year-old man from Norristown was charged following a traffic stop for a suspended vehicle registration. The man showed signs of intoxication. He gave permission to search a backpack, which contained Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia.

March 14

  • DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, East Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – A 26-year-old woman from Telford was charged following police response to multiple parked vehicles being struck. The woman presented with signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were conducted, and a subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital.

March 17

  • HARASSMENT, 301 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – A 33-year-old man from Doylestown was cited following a brief physical encounter involving shoving another individual.

March 20

  • DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, East State & South Pine Streets, Doylestown Borough – A 68-year-old man from Doylestown was charged following a traffic stop for erratic driving. The man presented with signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were conducted, and a subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital.
  • ORDINANCE VIOLATION, Blue Jay Road, Chalfont Borough – A 23-year-old man from Phillipsburg, N.J., was cited for soliciting on behalf of Elevated Renovations without a permit.

March 21

  • PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 561 N. Main Street (McDonalds), Doylestown Borough – A 36-year-old man was cited following police response for an unwanted subject. The man presented with signs of intoxication. In violation of probation conditions, the man was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

March 26

  • DRUG VIOLATIONS, 625 N. Main Street (Main Street Inn), Doylestown Borough - A 38-year-old woman from Doylestown was charged with two drug violation offenses following police response to an EMS call.

March 27

  • DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, 522 E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough - A 31-year-old woman from Bristol was charged following police response to a vehicle partially on the sidewalk after striking a parked vehicle. The woman showed signs of intoxication; field sobriety tests were administered and a legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital.

March 27

  • DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, Clinton Street, Doylestown Borough – A 52-year-old woman from Upper Southampton Township was charged following police response to a suspicious parked vehicle. The woman, seated in the driver’s seat, key in ignition, presented with signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were administered, and a legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital.

March 28

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT (ENGAGE FIGHTING), HARASSMENT, 37 N. Main Street (Maxwell’s), Doylestown Borough – A 28-year-old man from Quakertown and a 23-year-old man from Yardley were cited following police response to a physical altercation.

March 31

  • DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE, W. Court and S. Clinton Streets, Doylestown Borough – A 63-year-old man from Doylestown was charged following a traffic stop for erratic driving. The driver presented with signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were administered, and legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital.
  • TRESPASSING, 398 N. Main Street (PNC Bank), Doylestown Borough – A 69-year-old woman with no fixed abode was cited following officer's response to a subject lying in the vestibule of the bank during closed hours.

March 2026

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, Doylestown Borough - The following individuals were cited for public urination: A 21-year-old woman from Hatboro; a 21-year-old man from Hatfield; and a 44-year-old man from Horsham.
