Dublin Borough Police Investigating Possible Child Luring Incident
According to police, a 9-year-old was waiting for a school bus when a vehicle pulled up near him.
DUBLIN BOROUGH, PA — Police in Dublin Borough are investigating a suspicious person/possible child luring incident on Sept. 12 around 8:45 a.m. at Maple Avenue and Cherry Lane.
According to Dublin Borough Police, a 9-year-old was waiting for a school bus when a vehicle pulled up near him. The operator was a white male with a scruffy complexion, smoking a cigarette and wearing a cap. The man also had tattoos on his arms, police said.
According to police, the man gestured to the boy to come to the car by waving a red Phillies cap and motioning with his hand.

When an adult witness arrived, police said the man drove away. The vehicle was seen on a surveillance camera arriving in the area from Middle Road. It was last seen driving east on Route 313.
