Dublin Restaurant Expands Hours With Debut Of New Lunch Service

DUBLIN, PA — The Boiler Room is now serving lunch, expanding its dining offerings and giving guests more opportunities to enjoy the restaurant's elevated cuisine and welcoming atmosphere.

Beginning this week, guests can now enjoy lunch at The Boiler Room on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The expanded schedule complements the restaurant's popular brunch and dinner services.

To celebrate the new lunch hours, Executive Chef Ian Roche has introduced a selection of new menu items, including the Pork Belly Sandwich, a standout addition to the menu that showcases the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and creative flavors.

Located inside The Square at Dublin Town Center, The Boiler Room offers fine dining and craft cocktails in an industrial-chic dining space that was once the working boiler room of a historic garment factory.

The restaurant features a cozy 10-seat bar, two intimate dining rooms, and seasonal al fresco dining under the stars with firepit tables, creating a one-of-a-kind dining experience in the heart of Dublin.

The Boiler Room Hours

The Boiler Room is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with Brunch available on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner is served from 4 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 4 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
