But before we explain the details of the prize, let's set the stage. If you've never been to Holiday House Pet Resort, allow us to paint a picture in your mind. This is not your average pet training center. It is truly a resort, set on a sprawling Bucks County farm.

A long driveway leads you to two stone buildings, which include the training center and grounds, plus the on-site Doylestown Veterinary Hospital.

Now for the prize details:

10-Day "Lodge & Learn" Training Package

Your dog will enjoy all the lodging amenities and activities the luxury resort has to offer, including nature walks, playtime, gourmet treats and cuddle time, but each day, they will also receive specialized training sessions. The package, which is perfect if you want your dog to be trained while you are on vacation or out of town, offers a specialized curriculum to meet your dog's needs.

The training program is tailored to your dog. If it's a puppy, the training sessions may be shorter but more frequent. Older dogs who are working on specific skills might be able to do longer sessions, explains Jessica Philp, Holiday House's training manager.

This program is perfect for any age dog, and can teach everything from basic obedience to specific skills.

You can go on your summer vacation, leave your dog at the Holiday House, and come back to be amazed by the results.

4-Night With Ultra Dog Activity Package and Premium Bath

The second part of the prize is a four-night stay at the resort, with the Ultra Dog Activity Package and a premium bath. With this, you can leave your pet for four nights and five days, with the peace of mind they'll be well cared for — and clean upon your return. This is completely separate from the training package, and can be used at a different time to fit your schedule.

The Ultra Dog Activity Package will allow you to select three additional daily activities, including another walk, cuddle session or group play. "Whatever that pet is used to at home, we can do here," said Brianna Lechner, the Holiday House's training coordinator.

You can expect photos of your pet to be emailed to you throughout their stay, Lechner said.

On the last day of their stay, your pet will get a premium bath "so they're fresh as can be" when you come to pick them up, Lechner said.

Here are some special features you can expect while your pet boards at the Holiday House:

  • Comfortable overnight accommodations with a raised cot and plush bedding
  • Daily wellness checks and monitoring to ensure your pet is healthy and happy
  • In-suite dining and fresh water
  • Housekeeping services three times daily or as needed keeping to strict sanitary protocols and a clutter-free environment
  • Year round climate-controlled rooms
  • A complete Resort Report about your dog’s experience with us upon departure
  • On-site veterinary services
