3rd annual Walk to Empower 5K & 1 Mile Fun Walk

Lace up your sneakers and join A Woman’s Place (AWP) and the Young Adult Advisory Board (YAAB) in making strides to end teen dating violence at the
3rd annual Walk to Empower. This event, which includes a professionally timed 5K race on a certified course and a one mile Fun Walk, will take place on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Central Park on Wells Road in Doylestown. Check-in will begin at 8:15 a.m. The race will begin at 9 a.m. and the fun walk will begin at 9:15 a.m.

All participants are invited to join us immediately following the fun walk for refreshments, entertainment, and an awards ceremony.

There are two ways to register:

completed online.)

2. Download the registration form at: http://www.awomansplace.org/assets/PDFs/Registration-form-and-Waiver.pdf . Fill it out and mail it in with your registration fee to PO Box 299, Doylestown, PA 18901. Registration forms and waivers must be filled out for each participant. (Note: There is no processing fee to register by mail.)
