Bridge Qi Gong

Join us for a FREE one-hour class of basic Qi Gong - Chinese breath-energy movements, out on the bridge at Peace Valley Park.

Qi Gong looks a lot like Tai Chi, with simple and easy to follow movements coordinated with the breath. These exercises are appropriate for just about any level of physical ability, and are known for their deep physical and mental benefits. Qi Gong can be very helpful for those with injuries and physical ailments, or who just would like more centeredness and better flow of "chi"-- our intrinsic life energy.

Instructor Grace Rollins, MS, LAc, NTP, acupuncturist and nutritional therapist at Bridge Acupuncture, is experienced in qi gong, yoga and martial arts and holds a second-degree black belt in Aikido.
