Fast-Casual Restaurant Freshii Opens First Bucks County Location
Freshii will open its first location in Bucks County next week.
A fast-casual restaurant serving fresh, healthy dishes will be opening its first Bucks County location this month at the New Hope Shopping Center.
Freshii will be opening at 334 W. Bridge Street, according to its website. The company, which was founded in 2005, describes itself as "a health casual restaurant concept that serves fresh food designed to energize people on the go."
The local franchise will open on Aug. 7 and is owned by Stephen and Stefani Sheriff, the New Hope Free Press reports. The couple also owns a Freshii in Flemington, N.J.

The restaurant boasts offering "a diverse and completely customizable menu of breakfast, soups, salads, wraps, bowls, burritos, frozen yogurt, juices and smoothies served in an eco-friendly environment."

- Metaboost salad: spinach, kale and field greens, goat cheese, mango, almonds, carrots, edamame, balsamic vinaigrette.
- Teriyaki twist bowl: brown rice, edamame, crispy wontons, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, green onions, sesame seeds, teriyaki sauce.
- Buddha satay bowl: rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, crispy wontons, green onions, spicy peanut sauce
- Khao San burrito: brown rice, spinach, almonds, edamame, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, spicy peanut and lemongrass sauce.
- Superfood soup: vegetable broth, quinoa, kale, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, red onions.
- Ranchero breakfast burrito: scrambled egg, avocado, aged cheddar, black beans, cilantro, salsa fresca.
