Bucks Father And Son Charged With Buying, Selling Drugs
Police say the two conspired together to buy and sell controlled substances to the son's friends and contacts.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A father and son from Chalfont are accused of conspiring together to buy and sell cocaine and methamphetamine, according to the Warrington Township Police Department.
Mark Francis Serafin, of Chalfont, turned himself in to police on Wednesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
The warrant alleges that the 53-year-old dad conspired with his 19-year-old son, Jackson Brian Serafin, to buy and sell controlled substances. He was processed and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman and released on $200,000 unsecured bail.

Mark Serafin is charged with two counts of criminal use of a communication facility, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and two counts of criminal conspiracy with multiple objectives.
Earlier this year, on January 9, after a months-long investigation, Brian Jackson Serafin, of Chalfont, turned himself in to Warrington police after a warrant was obtained for his arrest.

The warrant alleges that Jackson Serafin sold cocaine and methamphetamine during controlled purchases on several occasions in 2023.
During the investigation it was also learned that Jackson Serafin conspired with his father, Mark Francis Serafin, to buy and sell controlled substances to Jackson's friends and contacts.
Jackson was processed and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman and released on $100,000 unsecured bail. He is charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of criminal use of a communication facility.
