Firefighters Knock Down Early Morning House Fire In Warrington
Firefighters from eight different companies responded to the scene, attacking the fire using multiple hose lines.

WARRINGTON, PA — The Warrington Township Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of an early morning fire that damaged a home on County Line Road.
Warrington Emergency Services along with mutual aid companies were dispatched to the reported dwelling fire early Monday morning. Deputy 78, Battalion 78-1, and Rescue 78 responded, arriving on scene with smoke showing from the house.

Rescue 78 extended a hose line to the first floor finding fire above and behind a fireplace and began attacking the flames. Crews also found fire inside the walls and above the affected room.

After knocking down the fire, Rescue 78 and mutual aid companies remained on scene for several hours hitting hot spots and conducting overhaul operations.
Companies responding to the scene were Warrington Fire Co. No. 1, Warrington Community Ambulance Corps, Horsham Fire Company, Warminster Fire Department, Hartsville Fire Company, Doylestown Fire Company No. 1, Chalfont Fire Company and Warwick Township Fire Company No. 1.
