Firefighters Respond To Smoke In The Building Call In Doylestown
Six companies answered the call, which was sounded at 9:50 a.m.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — There were some anxious moments in the heart of Doylestown Wednesday morning after smoke was reported inside the Oppenheimer building at 14 East Court Street across from the courtyard of the Bucks County Administration building.
Six companies responded to the call which was sounded at 9:50 a.m.
Firefighters quickly tracked down the problem to the roof of the building and a malfunctioning HVAC unit, which they quickly addressed.

But while they were up on the roof, they sure had a great view of Doylestown with sunny, blue skies stretching to the horizon.

Responding companies included Doylestown No. 1, Warrington No. 1, Warrington Township Emergency Services, Midway Volunteer Fire Company, Plumstead Volunteer Fire Company and Lingohocken Fire Company.
