Fireworks, Concert Saturday In Doylestown

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Doylestown's bicentennial celebration concert and fireworks will be held this Saturday, Sept. 29.

The Thompson Performing Arts Series presents Bigg Romeo at Central Park. The concert begins at 7 p.m. at the Covenant Bank Amphitheater. The night will finish up with a fireworks display.

Food vendors will be there selling ice cream, BBQ, snacks and more.

Parking is $5 per car. Central Park will close at 12 p.m. on Saturday and reopen at 5 p.m. for event parking.

As of mid-week, Saturday's forecast looks perfect. The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies, with a high near 71.
