Kimnach is the fourth teen to be charged in connection with the Oct. 29 murder. The others charged are Noah Strickland and Christopher Pavack, both 16 years old and from Perkasie, and 15-year-old Harrison Moss of Wyncote, Pa. Police said Kimnach was acting as the driver in the case.

The teens were planning to rob Ramon-Lewis in Kulp Park in Perkasie but the attempted robbery ended when Moss shot Ramon-Lewis in the chest, killing him, with a handgun taken from Strickland's home.
