Fraud, DUI, Theft Arrests Reported By Central Bucks Regional Police

Numerous citations issued for public urination and public drunkenness on Thanksgiving Eve and Day.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests during the month of November:

November 2

  • W. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough. Richard Suozzo, 65, of Doylestown, was charged with DUI after police responded to a vehicle that drove off the road and into a grass field. Suozzo presented with bloodshot/glassy eyes and a strong odor of alcohol. Following failed field sobriety tests, Suozzo was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw.

  • Kevin Arnase Campbell, 47, of Ardmore, was detained in Florida on an arrest warrant and extradited to Pennsylvania on the following charges: access device fraud, theft by deception and identity theft. Campbell made several fraudulent purchases using a Chalfont resident’s credit card in January 2021. Campbell was arraigned, $25,000 unsecured bond, and released.

November 4

  • E. Ashland and S. Main Streets, Doylestown Borough. Johnny James Snyder, Jr., 40, of Doylestown, was charged with DUI after police observed Snyder run a red light and fail to stop at the succeeding intersection. Snyder presented with an odor of alcohol, heavily slurred speech, and glassy/bloodshot eyes. Snyder was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw.

  • Doyle Street, Doylestown Borough. George Pudlo, 45, of Doylestown, was charged with writing bad checks after he presented a local business with a bad check and failed to resolve the matter.

November 7

  • Broad Street, Doylestown Borough. Trent Bonanni, 27, of Perkasie, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop. A citation has been filed.

November 9

  • W. Butler Avenue and Sand Road, New Britain Borough. Sean Pfeiffer, 35, of Jamison, was charged with DUI, obscured plates and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop for obscured registration plates and non-working brake lights. Pfeiffer presented with an odor of alcohol, bloodshot/glassy eyes and slowed motor movements. Field sobriety tests were unable to be completed and Pfieffer refused legal blood draw.

November 11

  • 37 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. A 42-year-old woman from Doylestown was charged with retail theft following police response for the report of a disorderly person refusing to pay her bill. A citation has been filed.

November 12

  • N. Main and W. State Streets, Doylestown Borough. Estefania Marcela Barnuevo, 27, of Harrison, NJ, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop for traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. Barnuevo presented with an odor of alcohol, glassy eyes and sluggish movements. Field sobriety tests were failed and Barnuevo was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw.
  • E. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough. George Pudlo, 45, of Doylestown, was charged with fraud after he took a deposit for work that was not completed after several months. Pudlo turned himself into police at which time he was arraigned, bail set at $50,000 unsecured with conditions.

November 20

  • 214 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Aaron Elijah Pippen, Sr., 63, of Philadelphia, was arrested on November 21 for robbery, terroristic threats, theft, simple assault and other charges following an investigation of a robbery that took place on October 31, 2023, at Doylestown Produce. Pippen is currently being held at Bucks County Prison.

November 22

  • Swamp Road and N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Hope McNamara, 44, of Doylestown, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop. A citation has been filed.
  • E. Court Street, Doylestown Borough. John Craig Hackendahl, 22, of Chalfont, PA,was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public. A citation has been filed.
  • N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Enrique Rafael Marquez, 28, of Doral, Florida, was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public. A citation has been filed.
  • W. State Street, Doylestown Borough. Aidan John Delellis, 20, of Key West, Florida, was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public. A citation has been filed.

November 23

  • W. State Street, Doylestown Borough. Brandon Patrick Follis, 24, of Holland, was cited for possession of small amount of marijuana after an officer on foot patrol observed Follis smoking marijuana. A citation has been filed.
  • N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Daniel E. Gallagher, 42, of Chalfont, was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public. A citation has been filed.
  • S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Julian Werner Lisle, 25, of Doylestown, and Nicholas Aaron Reising, 22, of Doylestown, were charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public. Citations have been filed.
  • N. Main and Court Streets, Doylestown Borough. Andrew Arthur Doyle, 23, of Doylestown, was charged with public drunkenness after police responded to an incident of a man becoming aggressive toward several people. Doyle presented with slurred speech, unsteady gait, bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol. A citation has been filed.
  • N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Nicholas Joseph Zazyczny, 23, of Audubon, was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public. A citation has been filed.
  • Printers Alley, Doylestown Borough. Cole Joseph Andrewlevich, 21, of Chalfont, was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public. A citation has been filed.
  • N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Cameron John Wallace, 21, of Doylestown, was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public. A citation has been filed.

Crime And Other Incidents

November 1

  • Theft from Vehicle, S. Clinton Street, Doylestown Borough. Unknown person(s) took a binder with 40 to 60 CD’s and two pairs of sunglasses from an unlocked vehicle.

November 22

  • Theft from Vehicle, Harvey Avenue, Doylestown Borough. Unknown person(s) took a ThinkPad, valued at $1,800 from vehicle parked in front of residence during the overnight hours.
  • Theft from Vehicle, N. Hamilton Street, Doylestown Borough. Unknown person(s) took a Type S battery charger, valued at $100, from an unlocked vehicle during the overnight hours.

November 24

  • Theft from Vehicle, N. Hamilton Street, Doylestown Borough. Unknown person(s) took several items, including gift cards, phone charging cable and power inverter, from parked vehicle during the overnight hours.
  • Attempted Theft from Vehicle, E. State Street, Doylestown Borough. Unknown person(s) entered a parked vehicle and rummaged through the owner’s belongings. Nothing reported stolen.
