Free Outdoor Concert Wednesday In Doylestown

UPDATE: Tonight's Concert In Doylestown Rescheduled

The first concert of Thompson Performing Arts Series is Wednesday. The Fabulous Greaseband will perform at 7 p.m. at the Covenant Bank Amphitheater in Central Park, 425 Wells Road, Doylestown.

In the event of inclement weather, the concert moves indoors to Lenape Middle School, 313 W State St, Doylestown.

The concert is one of many free summer entertainment opportunities as part of the annual series organized by the Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation.

Here is the schedule of concerts (all begin at 7 p.m.):

June 20: Fabulous Greaseband
June 27: River of Dreams
July 11: Quakertown Band
July 15: Bicentennial celebration to feature Bigg Romeo followed by fireworks. The cost to park is $5 a car.
July 25: Blue Jupiter
Aug 1: Jive Jump & Wail
Aug 8: The Ragbirds
Aug 15: Little Red Rooster Band
Aug 22: Sensational Soul Cruisers
Aug 25: Rockin' Back To School
Aug 29: The Sofa Kings
Sept 22: Big Chill
