Fright And Fiction Collide At Haunted Open Mic Night In Doylestown
Doylestown Bookshop opens its doors on Halloween Eve to a haunting night of stories and a Halloween bash.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — A scream-worthy night of storytelling is coming to Doylestown Bookshop on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is part of a month-long series of horror-themed open-mic nights taking place across the area.
The event, held in partnership with Fright Lines, invites local writers and performers to take the mic and share original horror-themed works in front of a live audience. From haunting short stories and eerie poetry to terrifying tales and macabre monologues, all forms of spine-tingling expression are welcome.
The evening will double as a Halloween bash, featuring horror trivia, scavenger hunts, giveaways, light refreshments and more. Signups for the open mic begin on site at 5:30 p.m.
