Plumstead Township police confirm that a 49-year-old Furlong woman died in the single-car crash just before 6 a.m.

According to a report by The Intelligencer, the woman was ejected from her Ford Explorer after she crossed the opposite lane of travel, left the roadway, went airborne and hit a tree.
