Fusion Bar To Celebrate Grand Opening In Warrington

WARRINGTON, PA — The Fusion Bar, specializing in authentic Indian dishes and featuring a full bar, will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Shops at Valley Square.

To mark the big event, the restaurant will be offering patrons a flat 15 percent off on all food, beer, and cocktails.

Drawing inspiration from multiple regions in India and the U.S., the restaurant, which opened earlier this summer, serves authentic Indian dishes curated with a fusion of tastes.

According to its website, the restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients sourced from local vendors and spices imported directly from India.

"Taste your way through our delicious and handcrafted menu, carefully curated with your taste buds in mind," says its website. "We know that you'll find yourself on an exciting culinary journey at the Fusion Bar."

The menu offers a fusion of tastes and mouth-watering experiences from traditional burgers to Indo-Chinese noodle and rice dishes.

The burger menu features a classic style Angus burger with American cheese, onions, lettuce, Roma tomato and house sauce; a Caliente-style Spanish beef burger with habanero aioli, grilled jalapeno, and pepper jack cheese; California-style grilled chicken with mixed greens, Swiss cheese, Chipotle aioli, and avocado; and an Indian-style Veggie Burger with house sauce and American cheese.

The menu also offers a number of fusion sandwiches including the Bombay Club Grilled Sandwich, Paneer Tikka Sandwich; Chicken Kathi Roll; a falafel wrap, a chicken tikka wrap and a Manchurian wrap; in addition to chicken cheese steak and beef cheese steak.

Patrons also have a choice of main courses, including egg masala, butter chicken, Kaju curry, dal tadka, and chicken village style.

Fusion also features nine different Indo-Chinese noodle and rice dishes (Schezwan Rice, Egg Fried Rice, Chili Paneer, Manchurian Noodles, Singapore Noodles, and Chinese Bhel) and a selection of Indian Street Side Food (samosa chat, Bombay Bhel, bhakhri pizza, vada pao, and more).

The restaurant is located at 711 Easton Road in Warrington near PF Changs.
