'Howl-O-Ween' Event For Dogs Set For Oct. 21 In Doylestown

The free event at Central Park will feature a pet costume contest, as well as demonstrations, pet-related businesses and more.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The annual "Howl-O-Ween" celebration is set for Oct. 21. The free event, hosted by Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation, will be held at Central Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The rain date for the event is Oct. 22.

"Always a fun event in our community, Howl-O-Ween will feature costume contests in all size categories (mini, small, medium and large), so getting creative is encouraged," the local parks and rec department said in an event announcement.

The event will also feature agility demonstrations with K9 Jym and lure coursing with Hilltown Dog Club. Pet-related businesses and non-profit groups will be there, too.
