It's Fall In Bucks Co: Scarecrows Are Out At Peddler's Village

The scarecrows are out at Peddler's Village! Plus, this weekend's scarecrow festival will feature outdoor an showing of "The Wizard of Oz."

Bucks County is a great place to be in the fall, and one of the local favorite events is seeing the scarecrows at Peddler's Village. Well good news: the scarecrows debut on Monday, Sept. 10.

The fun will culminate at the annual Scarecrow Festival, which is this weekend (Sept. 15 and 16) at the Lahaska shopping village.

During the scarecrow festival, there will be plenty of fall family fun, including scarecrow-making workshops, children's activities, pumpkin painting, live music and more.

In addition to the festival, there will be a special outdoor screening of "The Wizard of Oz" on Saturday evening.

The film starts at 6:30 p.m. on the Street Road Green. "Grab a hay bale or bring your own lawn chair or blanket and settle down for a magical evening as Peddler’s Village whisks you away to the land of Oz," Peddler's Village said in an event announcement.
