Kin Celebrates the Bucks County Community with Open House

Kin, a Free Cancer Wellness and Support Center Opens in
Bucks County

WHAT: Kin Wellness and Support Center celebrates those who helped build Kin with a
special open house to celebrate the community who built Kin. The event is hosted by
Hendrixson’s Furniture.

WHO: Kin Wellness and Support Center is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides a
full suite of free wellness and integrative services and resources for local cancer
patients across Bucks County. www.welcometokin.org
WHY: Local educator, Corinne Sikora had a wish to create an all-inclusive wellness and
support center free to all Bucks County cancer patients and their caregivers. Although
Corinne passed from brain cancer, her wish has been realized through the non-profit
Main St. Missions that operates Kin. Kin is now serving 150 local patients and
caregivers across Bucks County.

WHEN: Saturday, June 18 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: Kin is located at 2325 Heritage Center Dr., Suite 113, Furlong, PA 18925
OVERVIEW: Kin is a 5,000 sq. ft. all-inclusive center, that boasts a fitness and yoga
studio, library, event space and four practitioner suites offering integrative services. Kin
has 38 practitioners who provide: acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, facials, therapy,
reiki, reflexology, support groups, fitness and yoga. Kin also has a fully operational
kitchen for its nutritional program and a plush living room for relaxing and connecting.
Over 40 Bucks County businesses and hundreds from the community helped build Kin,
and are invited to attend this open house.
