"Legally Blonde, The Musical, Jr. Edition" at Town & Country Players

Buckingham, July 3oth - This summer, Town and Country Players is thrilled to present a special Junior Musical production of the hit musical "Legally Blonde," featuring a talented cast of young performers from the community.

Directed by Jeremy DerMovsesian & Matt Woodward, with Musical Direction from Joe Nappi, and Choreography by Dana Joy Carducci, this energetic and uplifting rendition promises to delight audiences of all ages. “While we only spend two weeks together, the work, passion, and drive that everyone brings to rehearsal is what allows us to put on a production. I’m so proud and constantly in awe of all the participants and I’m sure the parents and audience will feel the same exact way,” says Woodward of the work.

Based on the novel by Amanda Brown and the popular 2001 film starring Reese Witherspoon, "Legally Blonde: The Musical" follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and navigates the halls of Harvard Law School. The Youth Edition retains all the original's charm, wit, and infectious energy, tailored for a younger cast and audience.

Featuring memorable songs like "Omigod You Guys," "Bend and Snap," and "Legally Blonde," this production promises fun music, colorful costumes, and a heartwarming message that will leave audiences cheering. Sarah MacLean, a rising Junior at Central Bucks, who plays Paulette in the production and was involved in last Summer’s Jr. Musical says “I’m most excited to spend time with old friends and make new connections.” The cast also includes Molly Murphy, Mason Ambs, Gabriella Di Candia, Anastasia Williams, Evie Dalton, Jack Burns, Juliet Lawn, Lily Dalton, Kendall Savitsky, Isa Parvin, Charlotte Bell, Mia Smith, Emily Heap, Jocelyn Willis, Seraphina Bozzacco, Griffin Sacco, Ainsley Wojciechowski, Grace Leigh, Kate Goss, Angelique Nakhsanov, Grace Boxman, Noelle McGrady, Molly Vijayendran, Amiyah Cook, Abby Lang, Jacob Feldman and Gabriella Murphy.
