DOYLESTOWN, PA — For the first time in almost four years, music returns to Doylestown's Puck Live on Friday, Nov. 11 with classic country sounds.

The Holy Heat Thunder Country Show will transform the renowned Doylestown Borough music club into a Nashville Opry-style revue with a night of hits from Hank Williams, Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline.

Performing the tribute to the genre legends will be an all-star cast of regional players led by Doylestown residents Joe Montone and Broadway veteran, Jenny Lee Stern.

For the superstitious, this night comes just after the November full moon. And so it's only fitting that it will begin with a spellbinding magic act.

"Couple Of Magicians" are scheduled to open up the show. Philadelphians Francis Menotti and Lindsey Noel have dazzled worldwide audiences and performed as contestants on
Penn & Teller's Fool Us. Their blend of mentalism, magic, and humor is just the thrill necessary before the country show kicks off.

The concert will mark the first time the Puck venue space has been active in almost four years. It is also the next step in collaborations between owners of Puck Live, Lynn & Bill Goldman, and the Doylestown based special event production team of Joe Montone and Sean McGuinness behind Daisy Chain Events.

This past year, the two parties launched a scenic pop-up beer garden called The Garden Bar on the Puck outdoor patio space.

"One thing we learned from the Garden Bar is that everyone in this town misses the indoor music venue," says Montone, "after producing concerts for over 12 years in Doylestown, it is an honor to have the Goldman's trust and support in giving the venue new life."

From now through the new year, The Daisy Chain Events team will host sporadic specialty events at Puck ranging from live concerts, dance parties, and comedy shows to customizable private or corporate rentals.

They've even given Puck a new paint job with the help of many local friends.

"I see the indoor venue as an extension to the Garden Bar atmosphere. We are a place to gather, we are an event space for the community to come alive," adds Montone.

Their refreshing and community focused vision is what makes Daisy Chain Events experiences so unique. And this even extends to their drink menu which features an ever changing roster of Pennsylvania beers, natural wines, as well as housemade cocktail and mocktail recipes.

"We’re going to continue to stock delightful beers and wines from the area, without looking for qualifiers any deeper than stuff we are wanting to drink ourselves and can’t necessarily find around town," says McGuinness.

DJ Alex Vance will be spinning a country soundtrack throughout the evening. This is a 21+ event located at 14 East Court Street Doylestown in the alley. Admission is $20.
